    Customer service is poor, it seems every time I place an order my items are on back order, so I always get a shipment in missing something.. this has happen more than once & ive called about it several times stating how come I was never notified that my item was on back order and was given a poor excuse. I even explained to the customer representative this has happened on several occasions and how are we going to fix this, and basically they had nothing to say, not even a discount on next purchase.

    The shirt is great it is Durable. The main reason it wears out is because I snag a sleeve on something and tear it.

    I ordered some FR gear for a new employee and accidentally ordered twice. In just a few minutes, your staff called and asked if I really wanted both orders. We asked to have just the one sent. FR Depot really works hard to take care of their customers! The order arrived in just a couple of days on the standard shipping. Great service, great staff, I won't shop anywhere else.
