    Easy to order, fit was right, could easily have been a faster delivery, but was OK/acceptable. Hasn't been cold enough to wear it yet, but I like the quilting it's got and the length - cut at the beltline.

    Order arrived in a timely fashion. Ordering was easy. Jacket is super warm! Wish I would've bought it sooner. I highly recommend this jacket for outside cold weather

    I recently purchased my FRC's from your online site and they were never delivered. I had Fedx run an investigation and they never found them saying I should contact frdepot.com and get a refund or repurchase the product. Customer service emailed me and said I was pretty much SOL. This is no way to do business! I am now out almost $300, and had to purchased them on Amazon...which cost me a little more but at least UPS shipped them the next day even though I didn't ask for next day. I have never had a problem until now. I will be informative in my descriptions to the other 1,000+ employees I work with to steer clear of your wed site.
